Expression of Interest (EOI) – Renting of Office Space
The Office of the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations (OCVO) and the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector (MCVS) are seeking to rent an Office Space. The space is to be leased for a minimum period of five (5) years with the option of renewing the lease.
Premises must be central, fully accessible with lift, ideally based on two floors, with a main reception in entrance and a small reception on each floor.
A floor having:
3 offices x 1 pax
9 offices x 2 pax
3 offices x 4 pax
2 meeting rooms
1 boardroom
1 archive room
2 storage rooms
1 server room
1 kitchen
4 restrooms
Another floor having:
11 offices x 1 pax
3 offices x 3 pax
5 offices x 4 pax
2 offices x 5 pax
1 office x 6 pax
3 meeting rooms
1 boardroom
1 large archive room
2 storage rooms
1 server room
2 well-sized kitchens
4 restrooms
The place must be in a finished state, and also with ACs, telephone, Wi-Fi and network in each room. To also have smoke/fire detection, as well as a hall/conference room and terrace/yard.
