Sfurtunatament din ijja ġlieda kontinwa fejn xi wħud jitrattaw dawn il lokalitajiet mil isbaħ bħala adatati fejn jista jitħalla u jitwaddab skart ta kul tip. 🇬🇧 We would like to thank this group who regularly organise litter picks around the Red Tower and other localities around Mellieħa. Unfortunatly this is a continious struggle against those few who have no shame to dump all sorts of litter in this otherwise beautiful environment. Thankyou Alison,Viv,Sheila,Dan and Chris for your love and respect towards a clean environment 🌊🌳

🇬🇧 We thought of sharing this sweet poem with you all. It was written by Jake Micallef Ellul, an 11 year old boy, who visited the tower together with his mother on a rainy day last week.

His mother has granted us permission to post it.

Standing for centuries
Holding much memories
The big red tower
Rests beside a big red flower
The thunder is near
But the tower does not fear
It has been through much
But it continues to stand just for us

This means that St. Agathas tower has been reviewed amongst the best 10% attractions world wide according to the influential online site, Trip advisor. We look forward to welcome more and more visitors from all round the globe.

the road leading up to the tower has been resurfaced. This has resulted in improved accessibility to the tower and better parking areas As from tomorrow the Tower will be open for visitors as normal. Looking forward to welcome you.
