This morning, Matthew Zerafa, CEO of the Housing Authority, participated in a policy discussion organised by YMCA Europe, which this year was hosted in Malta.
The discussion focused on the Housing Authority’s initiatives and schemes aimed at supporting different groups, including young adults seeking to access the property ladder. It also highlighted the Authority’s collaboration with NGOs on specialised housing projects, including the intergenerational residence in Valletta, which brings together elderly residents and young adults within one community.
These initiatives continue to demonstrate the importance of innovative and inclusive housing policies that strengthen social cohesion and respond to evolving community needs.
