This Friday 5th June is the next twilight donation session. The main Donation Centre at G'Manga will be open until 8.00pm. We hope to see you there!

Trying to quit smoking by using patches or gums? You can probably still donate blood. Call us on freephone 8007 4313 to ensure your eligibility.

Until then, it is important to refrain from smoking at least 2 hours prior to and after your blood donation.

Embrace your inner couch potato while doing something for the greater good – donate blood and then avoid strenuous activity immediately after blood donation. It’s your time to relax… you deserve it!
