3 Pariri biex tissaħħaħ is-saħħa mentali tiegħek fit-tul
1️⃣ Għix il-preżent (Be Present)
Li tagħti l-attenzjoni xierqa lill-mument preżenti jgħinek tara l-affarijiet b’lenti ġdida, tnaqqas l-istress u tgħinek tħossok aħjar b’mod ġenerali.

2️⃣ Għamel limiti (Set Boundaries)
Li tistabbilixxi limiti jgħinek issaħħaħ l-istima personali tiegħek, tnaqqas l-għejja żejda (burnout) u ttejjeb ir-relazzjonijiet. Aħseb fil-limiti li diġà għandek, ħarishom u użahom bħala gwida għalik.

3️⃣ Ifhem l-emozzjonijiet tiegħek (Understand your emotions)
Li tirrifletti fuq l-emozzjonijiet tiegħek mingħajr ma tiġġudika lilek innifsek jgħinek tifhem u timmaniġġja ħajtek b’mod aktar ċar u bilanċjat.

💚 Ftakar: bidliet żgħar, magħmula b’konsistenza, jagħmlu differenza kbira fuq żmien twil.

well done Local Councils' Association Malta anyone who wishes to obtain our apps/helpline cards is invited to send us a private message and we will send them to you free of charge.

💚 May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

This month, the Local Councils' Association joins communities across the nation in raising awareness, breaking the stigma, and promoting the importance of mental well-being for all.

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Whether it’s a neighbor, a colleague, a family member—or even ourselves—we all have mental health, and we all deserve support. 🤝

Local councils play a vital role in fostering safe, inclusive, and supportive environments. Let’s continue working together to:
✅ Encourage open conversations
✅ Promote access to resources and support
✅ Build stronger, healthier communities

If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out. Help is available. 💬

✨ You Matter is a reminder that no one is alone. Every voice matters. Every story matters. You matter. 💚

📞 If you are a Mayor, Councillor, or work with Local or Regional Councils, help and support is just a phone call away—free of charge and fully supported by our professional team.
