📜 Chapter 626 of the Laws of Malta 🇲🇹 requires all Sport Organisations to be registered in the Register for Sport Persons, which falls under the remit of the Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sport 🏅
✅ Such registration is crucial for the very existence of any sport organisation, as it grants them legal personality. While legal personality can also be obtained via the Malta Business Registry 🏛️, the MBR is bound by the same Act (CAP. 626) to request authorisation from the Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sport before registering any sport organisations.

⚠️ No Sport Clubs can attain such status prior to registration with AIMS.

A single bet can damage your career, your reputation, and the integrity of your sport.

Always make sure to familiarise yourself with the rules of your sport

The season may end and the competitive calendar may slow down, but testing can still take place anytime, anywhere.

Whether you are training, competing, or relaxing, your anti-doping responsibilities still apply❗❗

What’s on the label isn’t always what’s inside!

Up to 80% of supplements may not match their claims, and buying online or abroad only increases the risk.

❗❗Don't forget - WADA and AIMS will NEVER endorse or recommend any supplement.

Not everything labelled “performance” actually performs.

Supplements carry real risks, from contamination to mislabelling.

If you don’t need them, avoid them. If you do, use INFORMED SPORT to choose wisely.

❗❗WADA and AIMS will NEVER endorse or recommend any supplement.
