🌊 BLUEFRONT at European Youth Week!

Last month, we had the pleasure of joining the European Youth Week event organised by the Don Bosco Foundation — and what an energy it was! 💙

We had the chance to present the BLUEFRONT project to some incredible young people and share our vision: putting youth at the heart of the awareness campaign.

From conversations about water justice to the power young people have to shape sustainable futures in their own communities, the enthusiasm in the room reminded us exactly why this project exists.

A huge thank you to the Don Bosco Foundation for hosting us and for their ongoing commitment to young people across Europe🙏

The Blue Revolution is just getting started and it's being led by young people like the ones we met this week💧

What an inspiring evening it was! ✨

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us on the 14th May at Friends of Don Bosco for an evening dedicated to networking, inspiration, and giving back in support of Hospice Malta and Friends of Don Bosco work with young people.

It was a privilege to come together as a community and hear from David Gauci and Redent Roderick Spiteri as they shared their extraordinary upcoming challenge — cycling nearly 1,700km across Italy and continuing through Sicily all the way to Malta 🚴‍♂️🌊

T2M | Torino to Malta

In September 2026, David Gauci and Redent Roderick Spiteri will undertake a long-distance cycling journey from Valdocco, Torino to Malta, in support of Hospice Malta and the work of Friends of Don Bosco with young people.

As witnesses to the impact that care and compassion can have in someone’s life, they carry this journey with a deep sense of purpose that drives them to give something back, turning this challenge into a way of putting hope in motion.

We recently hosted a BLUE School workshop with students at San Ġwann PRISMS, introducing young participants to water conservation and sustainable practices in an engaging, age-appropriate way.

Through interactive activities and teamwork, students explored real-life water challenges and learned how small actions can make a difference. Their enthusiasm and ideas showed a strong commitment to protecting our water resources.
