Last Saturday, young listeners had a wonderful time at Guess the Sound event. The participants listened carefully and identified sounds from animals, nature, musical instruments, and everyday objects.

This Sunday’s World Ocean Day: Documentary Night at Kulhudhuffushi Public Library offered a reflective space for participants to learn more about coral reefs and the importance of protecting our oceans.

The evening was held in collaboration with BeLeaf Maldives and featured Chasing Coral, an eye-opening documentary that highlights the beauty of coral reefs and the urgent need for ocean conservation.

Join us for Guess the Sound, a fun and interactive activity where children will listen to different sounds and try to identify them. From animals and nature to musical instruments and everyday objects, participants will put their listening skills to the test while having fun with friends.

ޢިލްމީ އޮއިވަރު: ކުޅުދުއްފުށީ އާންމު ކުތުބްޚާނާގެ ފާރު ނޫހުގައި ބައިވެރިވުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު!

ކުޅުދުއްފުށީ އާންމު ކުތުބްޚާނާގެ ފާރު ނޫސް "ޢިލްމީ އޮއިވަރު" އަކީ ލިޔުންތެރިކަމުގެ ދާއިރާއަށް ޝައުޤުވެރިވާ، އުމުރުން 12 އަހަރުން މަތީގެ ހުރިހާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް ހުޅުވާލެވިފައިވާ ރަނުގެ ފުރުސަތެކެވެ. މި ހަރަކާތުގެ މަޤްޞަދަކީ އުފެއްދުންތެރި ޚިޔާލުތަކާއި، ހުނަރުވެރި ލިޔުންތެރިންގެ މަސައްކަތްތައް އާންމުންނާ ހަމައަށް ގެނެސްދީ، ލިޔުންތެރިކަމަށް ހިތްވަރު ދިނުން.

ލިޔުން ހުށަހެޅުމަށް ކުޅުދުއްފުށީ އާންމު ކުތުބްޚާނާގެ ކައުންޓަރަށް ދުރުވެ ނުވަތަ ކުތުބްޚާނާގެ އީމެއިލް މެދުވެރިކޮށް ހުށައަޅުއްވާ.

ހުށަހަޅާ ލިޔުންތައް، "ޢިލްމީ އޮއިވަރު" ފާރު ނޫހުގައި ޝާއިޢުކޮށް އާންމުންނަށް ފެންނާނޭހެން ބެހެއްޓޭނެ. މީގެ އިތުރުން، ހުށަހަޅާ ލިޔުންތަކުގެ ތެރެއިން އެންމެ ފާހަގަކޮށްލެވޭ މަޤްބޫލު ލިޔުންތައް ކުތުބްޚާނާގެ ސޯޝަލް މީޑިއާ މަންސަތަކުގައި ފީޗާ ކުރެވޭނެ.

މި ނޫހުގެ ފުރަތަމަ އަދަދަށް ލިޔުންތައް ބަލައިގަތުމުގެ އެންމެ ފަހު ތާރީޚަކީ 20 ޖޫން 2026.

This Sunday’s Open Mic and Poetry Night at Kulhudhuffushi Public Library offered a warm and creative space for participants to express their thoughts through poetry, storytelling, music, and art.

The night was hosted by Sheimaliz Glover, Diplomat at the U.S. Embassy in Maldives. The session brought together voices and ideas inspired by the theme of 'Freedom', allowing participants to share personal reflections, emotions, and creative interpretations.

We thank everyone who joined the session, shared their work, and contributed to making the evening meaningful and engaging.
