It is with our deepest sorrow to inform the public on the untimely death of Honourable Justice Nyakwawa Usiwa Usiwa. He died following a road accident and was pronounced dead at Lilongwe Central hospital. May his soul rest in peace.

The Malawi Judiciary has launched the Case Management System on 31/10/2016. The System is currently running in The Supreme court and all High court Registries. The project was funded by the European Union, it has taken over 2 years of development as to adopt to the court processes and incorporate any new legislation thereon. The public site is www.cms.judiciary.mw for checking of cases registered in the High court. More information on public awareness will be published.

Justice Maxon Mbendera, SC, JA., died yesterday, 18 August 2016. His professional work, talentand outsize personality made him an oustanding figure. He was an extraorinary individual and jurist admired and treasured by many. His passing is a great loss to the Court and the country. May his soul rest in peace.

All Lawyers are invited to a Case Management System training in Mzuzu from 4-5 May 2016, 8:30am, High Court. The training is aimed at providing knowledge on system operation and information processing. Participants are encouraged to bring with them a gadget (laptop, tablet) for practical purposes during the sessions.
The Court will comence soon
The High Court Judgement will be made public as soon as it has been delivered

His worship Prestings Jeremiah died in the early hours of sunday. Burial is 2moro at his home in Phalombe. May his soul rest in peace.
