Sustainable Mixed farming, No hybrid seed, no chemical fertilizers, no chemical weeding, yet assured of reasonable yield, and fertile soils. It's doable!

If nobody else eats your fruits then you're not part of an ecosystem.

Where are we failing to realize rainfed farming is not the only way? We can invest in irrigation, tap into the water reservoir 18m or so below our feet, reduce our everyday export of water through the Shire river, and create our own 3 or 4 farming seasons.

A farmer's predicament, expecting early rains, the early rains come with strong winds, the fruiting bananas too tall for any support are caused to stoop, and break, sad collateral damage.
