While attending a meeting today at Malawi Red Cross Lilongwe Division, found out that a certain man (Some personal details remain anonymous) in Lilongwe area 22 has been sleeping/ ra**ng his 16 year old girl for about two years. Today one of the girl's friend was shouting out while passing by Red Cross Division,my colleagues and I heard about it and we called the Road traffic authorities and have taken the perpetrator into custody.
Will still follow the case and will be coming up with the update where I can.
