The Norwegian Embassy in Lusaka is now closed. The Norwegian Embassy in Lilongwe has taken over the responsibilities to look after Norwegian interests in Zambia. The Embassy in Lilongwe represents Norway in Zambia from 1 July 2016.

Refugee Alliance (RA) underlines the importance of treating refugees with respect and dignity, maintaining a presence in the camp, and recruiting refugees as staff to obtain trust and engagement among the refugees.
