Today we say thank you to an incredible part of our Love in Action family — Penny Fazio. 💛

After years of faithfully serving as our art class volunteer, today was Penny’s last day with us.

Through every art class, Penny created a space where our girls felt seen, encouraged, and free to express themselves. Her kindness, consistency, and servant heart reflected the love of Jesus in such a beautiful way.

Thank you, Penny, for loving our girls so well. You will always be part of the Love in Action family. 💐

Hoy le damos las gracias a una parte increíble de nuestra familia de Love in Action — Penny Fazio. 💛

Después de años de servir fielmente como voluntaria en nuestras clases de arte, hoy fue el último día de Penny con nosotros.

En cada clase de arte, Penny creó un espacio donde nuestras niñas se sentían vistas, animadas y libres para expresarse. Su bondad, constancia y espíritu de servicio reflejaban el amor de Jesús de una manera hermosa.

Gracias, Penny, por amar tanto a nuestras niñas. Siempre serás parte de la familia de Love in Action. 💐

Today we are thankful for these two wonderful men, Don Jorge & Gregory, who are always available to help out when emergencies arise!

They worked on fixing our water pump that unexpectedly stopped working recently! ❤️

We recently had the opportunity to visit the campus of Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Guadalajara as part of the ongoing vision for Escuela 2055.

Alongside another orphanage, Mama Cleo’s Boys Home, our staff and volunteers joined us as we spent time sharing ideas, asking questions, and dreaming about what this school could become.

We’re so grateful to the Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Guadalajara team for welcoming us and creating space for this kind of collaboration.

Step by step, the vision continues to grow.

Recientemente tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar el campus del Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Guadalajara como parte de la visión continua de Escuela 2055.

Junto a otra casa hogar, Mama Cleo’s Boys Home, nuestro equipo y voluntarios nos acompañaron mientras compartíamos ideas, hacíamos preguntas y soñábamos sobre lo que esta escuela podría llegar a ser.

Estamos muy agradecidos con el equipo del Tecnológico de Monterrey Campus Guadalajara por recibirnos y abrir este espacio para colaborar juntos.

Paso a paso, la visión sigue creciendo.

Our girls took on the challenge of setting up camp—and let’s just say, teamwork was the real win of the day. 💪💛
