ASIAN NAVIGATOR 2026 | Speaker Representation

ASIAN NAVIGATOR, the premier conference for medical, fire, and police dispatching, as well as secondary nurse triage, was held on 4–5 February 2026 at the Sheraton Hotel, Malaysia.

The PRPA Unit proudly sent two PPP officers as speaker representatives, representing MECC Ampang and the Emergency Department, Hospital Ampang. Both were successfully invited to present under the title:

“Analog Strength in a Digital World: Human Resilience for 999 Continuity.”

The presentation showcased the capability of MECC Ampang to adapt and remain resilient despite constrained facilities, while ensuring uninterrupted 999 emergency ambulance services to the community.

Heartfelt congratulations to both speakers for sharing MECC Ampang’s experience with participants from Maritime Malaysia, Bomba, APM, Royal Malaysia Police, and KKM nationwide on an international platform.

Our team PPP (PPW31C & PPW33) from the Emergency and Trauma Departments of Hospital Ampang and Hospital Kajang, together with the Medical Assistants from PPUM, have successfully completed the Ampang Frontline Medical Workshop 2/2025, held from 30th September to 2nd October 2025.

A heartfelt thank you to all our dedicated Emergency Physicians, Assistant Medical Officers, and facilitators who shared their expertise throughout the workshop — and not forgetting our talented MA students from Geomatika College, who brought each scenario to life with their realistic acting!
We hope every participant has gained new knowledge, sharpened skills, and renewed confidence in managing diverse cases in the pre-hospital care field.

TAKLIMAT PELAN TINDAKAN KECEMASAN (ERP) LEBUHRAYA LEMBAH KLANG TIMUR EKVE.

Pada 11 September 2025, Hospital Ampang melalui Unit PRPA, Jabatan Kecemasan & Trauma telah dijemput oleh Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM) untuk mendengar dan berkongsi idea dengan Pengurusan EKVE di Pejabat Operasi EKVE Plaza Tol Ampang.

Sesi ini dapat menerangkan dengan lebih jelas proses kerja setiap agensi dalam respon kecemasan dan melibatkan juga Polis, Bomba, Hospital Kajang, St John Ambulan Malaysia dan jemputan khas Jabatan Ksihatan Negeri Selangor (JKNS) melalui kerjasama bersama pasukan Emegency Response Team (ERT) EKVE.

Memandangkan sebahagian jajaran lebuhraya EKVE terletak di bawah operasi MECC AMPANG, pasukan pra hospital Hospital Ampang dibantu pasukan pra hospital St John Ambulan Malaysia menjadi pasukan respon primari jika berlaku kes kecemasan perubatan dan trauma di sepanjang jajaran.

Semoga sesi taklimat dan kerjasama ini dapat melancarkan aktiviti respon sekaligus dapat memberikan perkhidmatan TERBAIK dan PANTAS kepada pengguna LEBUHRAYA EKVE.
