Dengan hati yang bersyukur 🙏

Pada 3 - 4 Oktober 2026, 116 peserta berkumpul di Kota Kinabalu untuk Program Pembentukan Pembangunan Insan Bersepadu (PIB) Sabah 2026.

Ini yang peserta bawa pulang:
✨ Pelayanan bukan sekadar menunaikan tugas, tetapi satu panggilan.
✨ Budaya dan adat kita membawa kebijaksanaan rohani dan sosial yang sebenar.
✨ Bila kita benar-benar mendengar, kita akan nampak keberanian, solidariti dan harapan.

"We have been doing it all this time," kata seorang peserta. Itulah yang kami dengar daripada ramai: PIB bukan sesuatu yang asing, kerana ia sudah hidup dalam komuniti kita.

Terima kasih kepada semua peserta and fasilitator. Perjalanan ini baru bermula. 🌿

With grateful hearts 🙏

On 3 - 4 October 2026, 116 participants gathered in Kota Kinabalu for the Integral Human Development (IHD) Formation Programme, Sabah 2026.

What they took home:
✨ Service is not just a task. It is a calling.
✨ Our culture and customs carry real spiritual and social wisdom.
✨ When we truly listen, we see courage, solidarity and hope.

"We have been doing it all this time," one participant wrote. We heard this from many: integral human development is not foreign to us. It is already alive in our communities.

Thank you to every participant and facilitator. This journey has only begun. 🌿

🌍 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗴𝗲𝗲𝘀 | Sunday, 27 September 2026

This weekend, let us pray for migrants and refugees in Malaysia and around the world - especially children and young people.

Every child, every human being, possesses an infinite dignity. Each is created in the image and likeness of God (cf. Gen 1:26); each is a presence of the Lord. As a Church and as communities, we share the responsibility to ensure that no child or family walks alone.

May our prayers move us to become parishes/ communities of 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲, 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, where every person is received with dignity and compassion.

Prayer available in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Tamil.

“𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻”

This Sunday, September 27, marks the 112th World Day of Migrants and Refugees (WDMR). In his official message for this year, Pope Leo XIV reminds us that every young migrant is a human face with a story, not just a statistic.

Here are the key takeaways. Read the Holy Father's full message here:👇
