Thank you for your support for the past 4 months. More convenient methods of payment for monthly fees have been introduced to make sure all of us continue to enjoy a safe and secure neighborhood.
Please read the committee circular dated 23/7/2013 distributed today. If you don't have one, quickly get one from the guard post. Many thanks.

Last night news were spreading that 2 separate incidents of robbery had happened at Jln Molek 2/6 and 2/7. Incidentally, at about 3am on 5th April, a private security guard of one of the house at Jln Molek 2/9 saw 2 indian and 2 chinese men on motorbikes loitering around the basketball court playground. Our security guard record shows no motorbike came in through the guard house entrance around that time. They could have came in through one of the gates which was not locked. So, please help to check all the gates, especially S1 to S6, are properly locked at all time. These include gates G1 to G4 and B1 to B5. And please be vigilant even though we are gated and guarded. Thanks.

School Bus/Van routes within gated area:
For the convenience of all school bus/van and for the safety of all students staying within the gated area waiting for bus, the following route is proposed. Gate "G1" will be opened to allow only school bus/van to go out. Other motor vehicles are not allowed to use gate "G1".

Residents who have paid the initial monthly security fees, please collect your PPTMZ2 car stickers from the respective committee member in charge of your street. With effect from 1st April 2013, cars without PPTMZ2 stickers will have to register at the guard house upon entry. Thank you.
