The Sungai Long Run is back — the streets are calling, it’s your time to run 🏃🏃‍♀️

This year, we’re turning up the energy with our playful monkey mascot 🐒 — bringing the fun, the hype, and an atmosphere you’ll feel from the very first step to the finish line.

We have added to our usual fun run with two additional categories :
1️⃣ The Monkeys Canopy 10km Challenge - which is a competitive run from Monkeys Canopy Resort down to the finish line at Sungai Long Specialist Hospital & UTAR.

2️⃣ A 4-person Relay 6km Race (1.5km each) which is also competitive and fun!

3️⃣ The 3km & 6km Fun Run.

With 3 categories available, every runner gets their own moment, whether you’re chasing goals, building momentum, or simply soaking in the experience.

More than just a run, this is a movement with heart — as we come together not only to run, but to give back through our fundraising efforts in support of welfare homes.
