Selaras dengan arahan terkini daripada pihak pengurusan Taman Negara, semua pendaki Gunung Tahan diwajibkan menjalani pemeriksaan kesihatan menggunakan borang yang telah disediakan.

📄 Borang yang telah lengkap diisi hendaklah dibawa pada hari permulaan pendakian dan diserahkan kepada agensi pelancongan (travel agency) masing-masing semasa proses pendaftaran.
