PGA Psychology Masterclass Series 1 – A Meaningful Success!

We are truly grateful for the incredible journey across UTAR, APU, and University of Reading Malaysia, bringing psychology to life through engaging conversations, real-world insights, and meaningful connections.

A special thank you to our amazing speakers, William Hoi (Moderator), Sabrina Wong (Industrial & Organisational Psychology), Brian Kueh (Clinical Psychology)
and Joyce Sum (Educational Psychology)

Your passion and expertise made every session impactful and inspiring for our participants.

This masterclass series was more than just a sharing session, it was a platform to bridge knowledge, spark curiosity, and empower future psychologists. Seeing the engagement, questions, and reflections from students reminds us why this work truly matters.

We hope to continue growing this initiative and welcome more experts and practitioners to join us in shaping the future of psychology together.

If you believe in spreading meaningful psychological knowledge, we would love to collaborate with you!

From the outside, it looks like teaching.

But inside the classroom…
it’s constant noise, emotional demands, and pressure that never really stops.

Special education teachers are not just educators.
They are caregivers, problem-solvers, and emotional anchors—every single day.

And sometimes… it gets overwhelming.

Behind every calm response is effort.
Behind every smile is strength.
Behind every lesson is a teacher trying their best to hold everything together.

Let’s not wait until they burn out.
Let’s start supporting them now.

Behind every special education classroom…
there is a teacher carrying more than what we see.

The workload.
The emotional weight.
The constant need to give—again and again.

It’s not just teaching.
It’s managing behaviors, supporting emotions, and holding everything together even on the hardest days.

Many are tired.
Some feel unseen.
Most keep going anyway.

Understanding their challenges is the first step.
Supporting them is what truly makes a difference.

Because when we support teachers,
we protect the future of every child they care for.

Special education teachers don’t just teach.

They support emotions.
They manage challenges.
They give their patience, energy, and heart—every single day.

But behind that strength… they get tired too.

Let’s not only focus on the children.
Let’s also care for the people who are caring for them.

Check on them.
Support them.
Appreciate them.

Because when we care for teachers, every child benefits. ❤️

从混乱,到理解;从压抑,到学会面对;

Not all scars are visible.

Relationship bullying doesn’t always come with shouting or physical harm ,sometimes it comes quietly, through control, manipulation, and words that slowly break someone down.

From “I’m doing this because I care” to constant monitoring, isolation, and self-doubt… it often starts small, but its impact runs deep.

This isn’t love.
This isn’t care.
This is control.

It’s time we start recognizing the signs, having the conversation, and redefining what a healthy relationship should truly look like, built on respect, trust, and freedom.
