很多人以为导游只是：
带路、讲解、安排时间。
但真正优秀的导游，
其实是在用自己的经历、知识、应变能力和真诚，
让一段旅程，
变成别人一辈子的回忆。
这一次，
KAGC 邀请到了拥有 34 年旅游业经验的导游老师 ——
Peter Pan（潘振南）老师，和大家分享他一路走来的故事。
老师在21岁时进入旅游行业，
从最初的领队工作开始，
后来报读导游课程、考取导游执照，
一步一步走到今天，成为拥有丰富经验的专业导游。
而这34年里，
老师累积的不只是带团经验，
更是一位专业导游该有的责任感、应变能力，
以及与人相处的智慧。
他说：
导游这个行业，
从来没有年龄限制。
无论你是：
想寻找人生第二事业的人，
还是已经工作多年、想转换跑道的人，
只要你愿意学习、愿意与人交流、愿意踏出第一步，
