Announcement: Declaration Of COVID-19 Related Goodwill Payment

Dear Member,
Greetings from KJB, your community cooperative.

Recently, the KJB AGM of the Delegates deliberated and approved the KJB Board's proposal to share financial assistance of RM211,100 to 4,222 KJB members.

This one off assistance is to alleviate some of the burden and hardship faced generally by all members due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its related lockdows. This one-off payment to members will enable RM50 to be given to each & every member in our register as of Nov 30 2021. This is regardless of the standing of your account in the society.

For your information, the money has been credited into your special deposit account & shall be reflected in your statement of account as of Dec 31 2021.

This gesture was well received by the AGM of Delegates and we hope also by you too as all our members' welfare is always a priority to the society.

Thank you for continuing to support KJB in this challenging time. KJB has prevailed in many other challenging occasions since its founding in 1924, including the Japanese Occupation and therefore, we will together overcome these COVID-9 challenges too.
