In setting ourselves apart from other coupon distribution platforms in the market, we change the game by bringing forth more features namely Daily Deals, Auction Deals and Express Deals. Daily Deals are our main showcase where merchants’ deals are featured for our members, who without having to pay for the coupons upfront can download the coupons and plan for purchase of products/services at their own pace. Customers only pay for the deal at redemption and merchants do not have to pay any commission fees to CouponXcess. Express Deals are downloaded coupons from our Daily Deals channel that were not redeemed on or before the deal’s expiry date. Upon reclassification to Express Deals, CouponXcess will automatically extend the same offer by seven(7) days from the expiry date. Customers purchase and pay for the coupons upfront and merchants pay a commission fee of 10% to CouponXcess. Auction Deals (CouponXcess) is a channel for our members who cannot redeem their downloaded coupons (from Daily Deals) on or before the expiry date and to avoid from being penalized by CouponXcess’s system, our members can auction their coupons in this channel to sell the coupon upfront for the merchant before the expiry date. Auction Deals (3rd Party) is a channel for our members to buy and sell coupons from other members who own coupons from third party group buying websites (e.g. Groupon, Everyday.com.my etc). Our company philosophy is straight-forward: we want to become the hub of coupon distribution. Hence, we welcome our merchants to use our platform as a permanent marketing channel.
