With less than a month remaining until the MOE Taiwan Scholarship application deadline on April 30, 2026, we invite you to share this exciting opportunity with students and staff eager to embark on their academic journey in Taiwan.

The MOE Taiwan Scholarship Program encourages outstanding Malaysian students undertaking undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Taiwan by awarding each recipient tuition and miscellaneous expenses of TWD 40,000 (approximately RM5,300) each semester. Recipients undertaking undergraduate studies will also be granted a monthly stipend of TWD 15,000 (approximately RM2,000) and recipients who undertake postgraduate studies will get a stipend of TWD 20,000 (approximately RM2,700) per month.

We would like to notify all staff and students of a phishing email circulating, pretending to be from the Finance Division. The email falsely claims outstanding tuition fees and requests that recipients transfer money to a fake bank account, then send proof to an unofficial email address.

If you receive such an email, please do not reply, click on any links, transfer funds, share personal details, or forward it. Delete it immediately. If you are unsure of its authenticity or have already responded, please contact the ITD Servicedesk for assistance.
