Medical Claims and Cost Containment | Public Short Course 🩺

Over two insightful days, participants of the Medical Claims & Cost Containment short course explored the complexities of medical claims management and the importance of balancing claims efficiency with sustainable cost containment practices. Through practical discussions and case studies led by Mr. Chan Wei Fay, participants explored topics ranging from claims statistics and cost drivers to claims controls and the role of effective claims management in sustaining business performance.‌

We would like to thank all participants for their active participations throughout the programme. More than 60 participants joined Aii’s insurance breakout session at IFCTF 2026, hosted in partnership with AICB - Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, for a dynamic discussion under Track 4: Data Protection, AI and Trust.
