Day 2 of the FAii Senior Route further expanded the leadership narrative, turning attention to sustainability and investment practices, critical to long‑term financial resilience 💪🏻

The day began with Sustainability in Action: The Role of Financial Institutions in Driving Just and Resilient Transitions, conducted by Datuk Shahril Azuar Jimin, Group Chief Sustainability Officer from Maybank together with the company representatives. Key insights are focused on the role of financial institutions in enabling responsible growth and supporting equitable, resilient transitions.

The learning journey progressed with Institutional Investment in Practice, led by Mr Raymond Tang, former CEO of Eastspring Investment Berhad. This workshop offered participants with practical perspectives on institutional investment strategies, governance considerations, and long‑term value creation.

With the conclusion of Day 2, participants successfully completed the second milestone of the FAii Senior Route and advance towards the next step of the journey: Reviews & Assessment ➡️ Programme Completion ➡️ Graduation Ceremony 🎓
