NOTICE: TEMPORARY LIFT SHUTDOWN (LIFT BLOCK A)
Dear Residents,
Please be informed that Toshiba Elevator Sdn. Bhd. will be carrying out a replacement of the compensation rope at Lift Block A.
In conjunction with the maintenance work, the lifts will be temporarily shut down on an alternating basis as per the attached schedule.

NOTICE: TEMPORARY LANE CLOSURE AT THE ENTRANCE OF LG1 PARKING AREA
Dear Residents,
Please be informed that there will be a temporary lane closure at the entrance of LG1 parking area due to maintenance work scheduled as follows:
Date: 30 March 2026 (Monday) – 4 April 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 9:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m.
The drive-through lane at the entrance of the LG1 parking area will be temporarily closed. Only one lane will be available for both vehicle entry and exit, and it will be managed by security personnel.
We advise all residents to exercise caution and drive slowly when entering the RGE compound. We are actively working to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

Kindly be informed that the manhole sewer has overflowed. Due to the urgency of the situation, a contractor will carry out flushing works to rectify the issue.

Please be informed that Toshiba Elevator (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, is currently conducting a comprehensive lift audit.
The audit for Block A1, A2, A3 and A4 has been completed. The upcoming schedule is as follows:

📅 Block C1 & C2 – 11th June 2025 (Wednesday)
📅 Block D1 & D2 – 12th June 2025 (Thursday)
🚧 Please note:
Only one lift per block will be temporarily shut down at a time.The work will be carried out between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

In alignment with the Government of Malaysia’s national digitalization agenda, LHDN will implement the mandatory e-invoicing system effective 1st July 2025. This statutory requirement necessitates that all residential developments, including stratified properties, issue tax-compliant digital invoices.
To facilitate this, the Management Committee (MC) is required to collect and maintain accurate ownership and resident records. The information gathered will be used strictly for the purpose of complying with LHDN’s e-invoicing framework and shall remain confidential in accordance with prevailing data protection regulations.

Dear Residents,
We are addressing a recent incident of inappropriate and unsafe behaviour in the common areas by certain individuals. Such conduct is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
The Management had taken immediate actions:
• Formal warnings have been issued.
•Unit owners have been notified where applicable.
• Further steps will follow as per community rules.
All residents and guests must behave responsibly in common area. Any misconduct, especially that endangering safety, will result in strict action.
Photos of the incident have been reviewed and shared with involved parties. We would not share photos in public to protect privacy.
