4.10.2026. Official opening of Balai Raya Kampung Desa Wira Lot, Batu Kawa.

This Balai is close to my heart as was the 1st Balai in 2016 that I campaign for N14 Batu Kawa using Bahasa on 27 April 2016. It is from this Balai that I first used the word “Jangan Tengoo👀ook Saja” 😂❗️

Thanks voters of N14 Batu Kawa for giving me opportunity and trust in me.

❇️10 years later, the Balai had progressively upgraded on 3 occasions amounted to RM600,000. Totally different Balai compared to 10 years ago.

The Balai is well utilised for Multi-Purpose Function – from cultural celebrations such as Pra-Gawai and Ngiling Bidai, Temporary Evacuation Centre (PPS) for flood victims, venue for socioeconomic programmes such as Jualan Rahmah, a location for anti-rabies dog vaccination programmes, health campaigns, sukan nika kampung, JKKK and KRT meetings and various other community activities.

❇️Over 10 years, more than RM225,384,433 have been spent in flood mitigation and drainage in Desa Wira and Batu Kawa.

Premier Abg Jo recently had approved another RM61 million for the final phase of Desa Wira Drainage (upgrade from the remaining earth drain to concrete drain).

**Water Pipe Leakage Resubmitted @ Lorong Desa Wira 17A6 💧**

Team Dr. Sim has resubmitted the water pipe leakage case at Lorong Desa Wira 17A6, near Masjid Darus Sakinah, Kampung Sinar Budi Baru, as the issue remains unresolved despite earlier maintenance works by Sarawak Water Sdn Bhd.

We hope further inspection and necessary repair works can be carried out promptly to fully resolve the leakage.

Team Dr. Sim will continue to monitor and follow up on the matter until the leakage is fully resolved.

位于欣纳布迪巴鲁甘榜 Masjid Darus Sakinah 附近 Lorong Desa Wira 17A6 的水管漏水问题，在 Sarawak Water Sdn Bhd 较早前进行维修后仍未彻底解决。

沈医生服务团队已再次提呈有关问题，希望当局尽快进一步检查并采取必要维修措施，彻底解决漏水问题。

**Sagging TM Cable @ Jalan Segubang Lorong 2, Batu Kawa ⚠️**

Team Dr. Sim received a complaint regarding a sagging TM cable at Jalan Segubang Lorong 2, Batu Kawa.

The matter has been reported to TM for prompt inspection and necessary action. Road users are advised to exercise caution when passing through the area.

3.10.2026. Jualan Rahmah Madani @ Dewan Nurul Najihin, Kpg Stapok, Batu Kawa

Thanks Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri ( ) and the JKKK Kpg Stapok for this program bergerak to assist Kos Sara Hidup for their local community even though the range is not as extensive as supermarket.

Quite a few shoppers sharing with me is so helpful to pay their purchases thru their Sumbangan Keperluan Asas Sarawak ( ) even in Jualan Rahmah Madani bergerak.

最近陆续有不少石角居民来到 N14 石角服务中心，询问有关 2027年慈悯援助金（STR 2027） 的申请事项。沈医生服务团队也会在现场协助大家了解申请流程、申请资格、需要准备的文件，以及如何提交申请或更新个人资料。

STR 2027 – 重要申请资讯

❇️ 1. 申请日期

* 线下申请： 2026年10月1日起，可前往内陆税收局（HASiL）办事处办理。
* 线上申请： 2026年10月15日起，可通过 STR 官方网站提交申请。

❇️ 2. 根据目前最新公布的 STR 条件，主要申请类别如下

* 家庭： 居住在马来西亚的马来西亚公民，家庭每月总收入不超过 RM5,000。
* 无配偶乐龄人士： 居住在马来西亚的马来西亚公民，年龄 60岁或以上，收入不超过 RM5,000。
* 单身人士： 一般年龄为 21至59岁；残障人士（OKU）则为 19至59岁，收入不超过 RM2,500，并须符合该类别的其他申请条件。

❇️ 3. 所需证明文件

视申请人的个人情况而定，可能需要准备以下文件：

* MyKad 身份证
* 结婚证书
* 离婚证书
* 配偶死亡证明
* 子女出生证明 / MyKad / MyKid
* 领养证明文件（如适用）

🚨 4. 重要事项

The Batu Kawah residents continue to visit the N14 Batu Kawah Service Centre to seek information and assistance regarding the Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR) 2027 application. Team Dr Sim is ready to assist residents by explaining the application process, eligibility requirements, required documents and how to submit or update their information.

STR 2027 – Important Application Information

❇️1. Application dates

* Manual application: From 1 October 2026 at HASiL offices.
* Online application: From 15 October 2026 through the official STR portal.

❇️2. Main eligibility categories based on the latest published STR criteria

* Household: Malaysian citizen residing in Malaysia, with gross monthly household income of RM5,000 or below.
* Senior citizen without a spouse: Malaysian citizen residing in Malaysia, 60 years old and above, with income RM5,000 or below.
* Single: Generally aged 21–59, or 19–59 for persons with disabilities (OKU), with income RM2,500 or below, and meeting the other category requirements.

❇️ 3. Supporting documents
Depending on the applicant’s circumstances, documents may include:

* MyKad
* Marriage certificate
* Divorce certificate
* Spouse’s death certificate
* Children’s birth certificates/MyKad/MyKid
* Adoption documents, where applicable

🚨4. Important conditions
Applicants must provide true and accurate information. Applications are subject to verification with government agencies. The Government may also conduct checks involving matters such as property, vehicles, business ownership and overseas employment/residence. False or inaccurate information may result in action being taken and assistance being withdrawn.
