Welcome to the Mindfulness Challenge! By participating in this challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.
1. How to Participate
* Follow .
* Complete the daily mindfulness activity or prompt.
* Share your reflections, photos, or responses using the hashtag .
* Tag and 3 friends to ensure your post is visible and counts toward participation.
2. Prizes
* Grand Prize x 1 - RM 250 TnG Cash
* Consolation prize x 2 RM50 TnG Cash
* To be eligible for prizes, participants must complete a minimum of 4 days of the challenge.
* Winners will be selected based on creativity, consistency, and through a random draw. Decisions of the judge will be final.
* Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and are non-transferable.
3. Content Use
* By participating, you agree that your public posts related to the challenge may be reshared on 's social media platforms for inspiration and community building.
* Credit will always be given to the original creator.
