โ Has stamping been handled properly?
From January 2026, STSDS requires stamping within 30 days. Miss it, and the agreement may be inadmissible in court.

Before a single contractor touches your new office, you need formal approval from the local council and Bomba โ the Fire and Rescue Department.
And that process takes 6โ8 weeks minimum.
A 3-month renovation doesn't take 3 months.
Add approvals, and you need a 5-month window after signing.
Sign your lease 3 months before expiry, and you're almost certainly paying holdover rent โ at 2x your monthly rate โ while you wait.
