When young people experience distress, how we respond matters. This 2-day training programme will equip youth-facing professionals and young adults with practical Psychological First Aid (PFA) skills to provide calm, supportive, and effective responses during crisis situations.

This training will utilise the Johns Hopkins RAPID-PFA. It is suitable for:
✅ People in youth-facing roles (teachers, coaches, youth mentors, etc)
✅ Young adults (18-35 years old)
