Come & join us for FREE SWIMMING LESSON!!! And again, its FREE!!! Feel free to join our Coach Riz & other experience coach. Our GOAL is to improve confidence and self-reliance in the water and swimming and learn to relax and enjoy being in water.

The course provides instructions in basic water skills: exit/entry, floating, breathing & submersion.

Venue : koLAMANdi, Kota Damansara
Date : Every Saturday
Time : 4.00pm - 4.30pm
4.30pm - 5.00pm
*max 12pax per session. (1st come 1st serve)

Dos & Donts.

1. MUST pre-register at our Program Desk. Open registration at 3.30pm - 4.00pm
2. MUST bring your own goggles & swimming board (COMPULSORY)
3. MUST show FB/IG invitation or poster.
4. Bring your own swimming attire.
