Pusat Sumber CARE - Malaysian Care Toy Library & Parents Resource Center We are a resource centre/ toy library run by an NGO called Malaysian CARE specializing in supporting families with special needs children and young adults. We loan out toys as tools and other resources to parents with special needs children.
