Semakin laju kita bernafas, semakin banyak udara dan partikel pencemaran disedut ke dalam paru-paru. Pendedahan berterusan kepada habuk halus PM2.5 boleh memberi kesan kepada kesihatan pernafasan.

🌫️ Jika udara tidak sihat, tangguhkan dahulu aktiviti sukan luar dan pilih aktiviti di dalam bangunan.

Bacaan IPU hari ini ialah 170 (tidak sihat)
