Day 5 Muaythai in Mozambique 2019

It was a good start for Muaythai in Mozambique.
H.E. Mr. Thosaporn Moonlasartsathorn, Ambassador of Thailand to Mozambique, with the Director of Cultural Diplomacy Division from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Ms. Ana Flávia J. Azinheira, Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Mozambique. Also, Ambassador Thosaporn met with Mr. Penalva Cézar, Executive Director and Secretary General of the National Olympic Committee of Mozambique to discuss the way forward for development and growing Muaythai community in Mozambique.

Muaythai in Mozambique 2019
We started the programme on 11 February 2019 with the demonstration of traditional Muaythai in our sustainable development project site in Tuane, Bilene District, Gaza Province.

------An Arrival in Our Second Home in Tuane------
When our new Ambassador, H.E. Mr. Thosaporn Moonlasartsathorn, newly arrived in Mozambique, he made a first visit to our second home in Tuane, Bilene District in Gaza Province on 5 February 2019. He and the troop from the Royal Thai Embassy in Maputo were warmly welcomed by the villagers. We are so thankful for the smiles and great friendship given to us. This will be remembered!!!���

ในวาระฉลองครบรอบ 200 ปี เกาะโมซัมบิก (Ilha de Mozambique) เมืองหลวงเก่าของประเทศโมซัมบิกและเมืองมรดกโลก พวกเราสถานทูตไทยที่กรุงมาปูโตเดินทางไปยังเกาะแห่งนี้ เพื่อนำเสนอความเป็นไทยผ่านอาหารการกินและจังหวะดนตรี ที่เชื่อมโยงคนสองชาติจากสองฝั่งฟากมหาสมุทรอินเดีย แล้วมาดูกันว่าระหว่างเรามีความคล้ายคลึงกันได้อย่างไรแม้นเราจะอยู่กันไกลคนละฟากฝั่ง มาร่วมติดตามเรื่องราวความเป็นมาต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ได้จาก The CloudXSaranromradio และครั้งนี้ทีมสถานทูตไทยไม่ได้เพียงแค่สร้างความสนุกสนานชั่วครั้งชั่วคราวที่แห่งนี้เท่านั้น แต่นี่คือจุดเริ่มต้นของการเชื่อมโยงวัฒนธรรมกับการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจไปข้างหน้าได้อีกไกลและยั่งยืน

ในปี 2562 นี้ ไทยและโมซัมบิกสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตครบรอบ 30 ปี
ถือเป็นอีกปีที่จะร่วมเฉลิมฉลองและเจริญสัมพันธไมตรีนี้ให้ยั่งยืนต่อไป
