The Namibian Film Commission (NFC) this afternoon held engagement with regional film producers and upcoming aspiring film maker at Oshakati Multipurpose Center in Oshakati Town.
The engagement aims to create awareness and share information on funding that are being offered by the NFC. The participants were also taken through the application form for fundings.

REGIONAL PRAYERS DAY| The Evangelical Lutheran Church in collaboration with the office of the Oshana Regional Governor, clergy of different denominations and leaders of various faith based churches are observing a regional prayer day currently underway at the Oshakati Independence Stadium.
The prayer day aim to seek divine intervention from the Lord in reducing road accidents,suicide , gender based violence amongst other social ills befalling society today.
The day came as result of a call by Her Excellency Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah during her National address during the Casinga Day commemoration.

Members of the public from different denominations and the clergy have started arriving for the regional prayer at Oshakati Independence Stadium.
