Courtesy Visit to Swakopmund State Hospital
SWANU President Hon. Evilastus Kaaronda, accompanied by SWANU Youth League Secretary General Rodger Karamata, paid a courtesy visit to Swakopmund State Hospital, where they were warmly received by Dr. Hilma Shalimba and her team. PAN-AFRICANISM OVER XENOPHOBIA
As published in Confidente newspaper (03–09 July 2026), SWANU President Comrade Evilastus Kaaronda stated:
"Namibia should keep its arms open, but everything must be done within the law. If we are frustrated by poverty and the country's slow economic performance, we should not blame foreigners. We should instead examine the long-term effects of colonialism and hold the government accountable for addressing today's challenges."

SWANU Youth League calls on all youth movements, student bodies, and progressive organizations to join NANSO's protest on 5 June 2026 at Government Park.
Students cannot continue suffering while NSFAF delays allowances needed for accommodation, transport, food, and education. Delayed funding leads to poor academic performance, dropouts, and unfair exclusion from future funding opportunities.
An injury to one student is an injury to all!
