The Namibia Tourism Board would like to inform the public that under the Namibia Tourism Board Act 21 of 2000, it is unlawful for an individual to offer overnight accommodation to paying guests without being registered with the Namibia Tourism Board.

Therefore, the Namibia Tourism Board requests that all individuals offering overnight accommodation on platforms like 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠.𝐜𝐨𝐦, 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐛𝐧𝐛 and 𝐋𝐞𝐤𝐤𝐞𝐒𝐥𝐚𝐚𝐩 register with the Board by 𝟑𝟏 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 to comply with Namibian law.
