Thats our office OUR OFFICE! No exclusions must influence, no party,tribal,gender, age or religious affiliation should block you to access you OUR OFFICE! SEE YOU THERE!
We are thinking of a social projects for this year! Old age home visit? Hospital visits? Cleaning campaigns? Road safety training for scholars? Bridge residents visits? Soup kitchens etc.. Lets give ideas!

I, Telwin !Owoseb, RDP Candidate for KATURUA EAST CONSITUENCY, hereby pledge to be the Constituency Councillor for all the Residents of KATUTURA EAST.
I further pledge to initiate the following if voted in a the Councillor for KATUTURA EAST:
• Revamp the existing Industrial Stalls, and put arrangements in place for the preferential allocation of the Stalls for the Residents of KATUTURA EAST
• Initaite entrepreneurial and income generating projects for the unemployed and the Youth not based a tribe, party political affiliation, nepotism and favouritism, but on on needs and viability
• Initiate and develop safe Plat Grounds for Primary Schools in the Constituency
• Initiate the Upgrading of Katutura Youth Multi-purpose Centre, with an organized and well stocked library, and computer facilities
• Initiate the development of Vocational Training Centre for the Constituency
• The Constituency is home to about five Primary Schools and three Secondary Schools, but the area is not safe for school going children. Therefore, there is a need for upgraded road crossings for school going children in the Constituency
• Initiate de-bushing and clear areas in the Constituency to increase pedestrians’ safety
• Initiate Schemes with active community participation for noise pollution and
• Initiate and set up Community Watchdog and Support Groups
