In Bauchi, the digital divide is real, and Zee Tech Foundation is working to close it.

Through i-FAIR, founders like Jubril aren’t just pitching ideas; they’re receiving hands-on mentorship, technical support, structured venture support, and the strategic guidance needed to turn community-driven solutions into scalable impact.

This is how stronger innovation ecosystems are built, by backing the people already doing the work on the ground and giving them the support to scale it.

And if you believe communities should be equipped to solve their own challenges at scale, there’s room to build together.

i-FAIR pushed cohort 4 teams beyond ideas into strategy, clarity, and competitive positioning.

From defining real competitors to quantifying value propositions, mapping their business landscape, and refining full Business Model Canvases, the teams engaged in deep one-on-one sessions with mentors and industry experts to sharpen their models and validate assumptions.

At i-FAIR, we’re not just building solutions, we’re building ventures built to scale, attract partners, and make a measurable impact across Energy & Environment, Agriculture & Food, Health, and Education.

This is how impactful ventures are built, one insight at a time.

i-FAIR Cohort 4 boot camp officially kicked off yesterday.

And we didn’t waste a minute.

The teams were guided through the essentials of venture creation: understanding real problems, exploring where good ideas come from, studying past success stories, defining markets, and applying the Lean Startup and human-centred approach.

They refined their one-liner pitch, introduced their ventures, and began their core assignment:
Gain deep expertise on the problem they’re solving, backed by research, clarity, and data.

This boot camp is not about starting projects. It’s about building ventures with intention, insight, and impact.

This is how capacity is built.
This is how innovation pipelines are strengthened.
And this is how investment in programs like i-FAIR translates into real value: new ventures, new solutions, and new opportunities for Nigeria’s innovation ecosystem.

The funding myth that’s killing Nigerian startups: “Get investment first, validate later.”
