His Excellency Sen Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has formally announced his resignation from the party with immediate effect.

In a letter personally signed by Sen Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the former Kano State Governor and 2023 Presidential Candidate expressed profound appreciation for the opportunity to serve the party and its supporters across all levels. He acknowledged the unwavering commitment of the leadership, stakeholders, and members of the Kwankwasiyya Movement.

He noted that the decision followed careful consideration of the current political realities, which necessitate a strategic realignment towards a platform that offers a stronger opportunity to deliver meaningful change for Nigerians.

He further emphasized the importance of continued collaboration among political actors in the collective effort to build a more prosperous and united nation.

NNPP National Leader, Sen Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, PhD, FNSE, paid a strategic courtesy visit to His Excellency Atiku Abubakar.

The meeting focused on critical national issues and ongoing political realignments, as part of preparations ahead of Sen. Kwankwaso’s anticipated move to the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

NNPP National Leader, His Excellency Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, PhD, FNSE, paid a heartfelt condolence visit to former Governor of Kaduna State, HE Malam Nasir El-Rufai, at his residence in Abuja.

The visit was to commiserate with him over the loss of his beloved mother, who recently passed away.

May Allah (SWT) forgive her shortcomings, grant her Aljannatul Firdaus, and give the family the strength to bear this great loss. Ameen.
