All of us at Coalition of Saraki Advocates for Atiku wish to felicitates with Nigerians on the occasion of New Year 2023 celebrations.

We acknowledged the strength and determination of Nigerians in the midst of socio-economic and political complications in 2022 and urge to rejig our undying spirit and enter 2023 with redefined vigor.

We implore Nigerians to use the new year to renew their allegiance to a better Nigeria and communal development by contributing more to nation building and spurning all forms of hostile tendencies.

We expressed optimism that 2023 would be fulfilling if political power is returned to the people and governments at all levels make the people the centre point of its policies and also, the citizens should vote the PDP's presidential flagbearer, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for a better Nigeria.

We therefore wish every Nigerian a prosperous Year 2023 and I do pray that every family shall find renewal in the New Year.

The way you have managed the affairs of 8th National Assembly under your watch to a world appealing standard today can only be through your democratic culture nd leadership acumen laced with dexterity, determination and decency.

With the 8th National Assembly, it is obvious that you have smartly navigated the deep sea of competitive democracy that place us on the world map of excellence parliament and international recognition.

When he served as the Governor of kwara state from 2003 to 2011,he made this indelible mark nd laid the progressive foundation for the development of his dear state (kwara) to what it's developmental of obvious to good people of kwara state .

Confiscation of Atiku/Okowa Campaign Vehicles, Invitation to Anarchy - Imo PDP Warns Gov Uzodinma

- Insists, No Intimidation Will Change Imo People's Decision To Massively Vote PDP

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Imo State has condemned in the strongest terms the brutal assault on our members and violent confiscation of the campaign vehicles belonging to our presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, by agents of the infamous regime of Senator Hope Uzodinma in Imo State.

This full-blown campaign of terror, which the failed, corrupt and fascist regime of Senator Uzodinma, has levied against our popular presidential candidate and every member of our Party in Imo State, is deeply provocative and intolerable, and it is a clear invitation to anarchy.

Our Party therefore demands that the campaign vehicles of our presidential candidate, impounded by Senator Uzodinma's agents at IMSAA, be released without any further delay.

This unelected governor must stop beating the drums of war!

For five consecutive months, Senator Uzodinma and his henchmen have jettisoned all pretenses to governance. They have instead openly deployed state resources and all the instruments of state power to intimidate, hound and attack prominent opposition leaders in the State.

The campaign office of our senatorial candidate in Owerri Zone, Hon. Uche Onyeagucha, was attacked in broad daylight and sealed up in a gestation operation directly commanded by known appointees of the the government. Ideato Federal Constituency was invaded in a warlike manner, and all the campaign billboards erected by our candidate, Ikenga Imo Ugochinyere, vandalized by agents of this war-mongering government.

Our Party notes that while all sectors of Imo State are now in tatters, the rudderless administration of Senator Uzodinma keeps wandering afar off on the path of self-destruction and of political vendetta.

It is heartbreaking that Local Government workers in Imo are now in the throes of death. They recently wept to the high heavens, that for over thirty months, the morally bankrupt regime of Senator Uzodinma has left them without salaries. This is the height of cruelty, considering that Senator Uzodinma has refused to tell anyone the whereabouts of the N127 billion which has come to the Imo State Local Governments from the Federation Account under his watch.

From Izombe in Oguta to Okporo in Orlu, heavy shootings, armed attacks, killings, arson and abductions have become daily facts of life. In most instances, the state-backed Ebubeagu Militia has been accused of masterminding the ravages, and Senator Uzodinma, who has the constitutional responsibility to protect lives and property in Imo, has remained suspiciously mute in the face of all these.

As far as Imo PDP is concerned, the resort to wreaking havoc on the campaign vehicles of our presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, carting away the buses, looting everything in them, and now demanding that over Sixteen Million Naira (16,000,000) must be paid before any PDP campaign vehicle would be seen on the roads of Imo State, have betrayed the outgoing regime's penchant for criminality and unbridled avarice. Also, his phobia for our great Party, the PDP, cannot be hidden any longer.

Senator Uzodinma's frustrations are obvious. His attempt to sell his party's disoriented presidential candidate to Imo people backfired immediately. He had recently lured some persons to attend a town hall meeting, but the guests all staged a walkout as soon as they sighted the unelectable presidential candidate. It is a moment of agony for Senator Uzodinma. But there is nothing he can do to change the unyielding resolve of Ndimo to massively and overwhelmingly vote the PDP at the polls, next year. It is a done deal.

*ATIKU UNFOLDS HIS REFORM AGENDA, ADVOCATES CONSTRUCTIVE ENGAGEMENT IN POLICY ISSUES*

Today, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 election brilliantly exhibited his dept of knowledge about the country's economy and socio-political environment as he fielded questions from facilitators and audience at the Lagos Business School Alumni day.

In a live chat at the event in Lagos, Atiku spoke on a wide range of issues from his key reform agenda, fuel subsidy controversy, Foreign exchange policy, national debt crisis, inflation, power sector reform, port congestion, education, insecurity and health sector reforms.

On the issue of his key reform agenda and deliverables, the Wazirin Adamawa stated that they are contained in his policy document which he entitled: my covenant with Nigerians, noting that he was part of the government that worked to rejig the economy before and that if given the opportunity he would do it again.

In particular, he stated that his reforms in the economy will be targeted at eliminating wastages and improving performance and national productivity. In his policy document, he identified five key factors that are seamlessly linked together to concentrate on.

Furthermore, he promised to eliminate multiple exchange rate regime that is responsible for the free fall of the Naira and to support local industries, give incentives to foreign investors and encourage diaspora remittances.

On our national debt crisis, he promised to engage our creditors for possible debt relief. Also, he promised to remove alleged fuel subsidy and plough that into education and social services.

And on insecurity, the former vice-president stated that it is everybody's business that must be taken seriously. He promised constructive engagement. He also pledged to work to curb crude oil theft.

On the rot in education sector, he blamed the non-implementation of the Universal Basic Education (UBE) policy by the current regime as the cause of the increasing number of out of school children in the country. And on the issue of climate change, Atiku pledge to implement the afforestation program designed as a buffer zone to curtail desert encroachment, dredge our water ways, construct more dams to curtail the incidents of flooding and to work with the international community to curb global warming.

The highpoint of the occasion was the presentation of gift to Atiku Abubakar by the dean Lagos Business School, Professor Ogbechie.

Coalition of Saraki Advocates for Atiku led by National Secretary, Comrade Abdul Razak Ibrahim Jeje met with Hajia Hajarat Wanka, PDP National Deputy Women Leader at Wadata Plaza (PDP headquarters) today in Abuja.

Hajia Wanka attended our Event held in Abuja tagged: "A Lunch for Atiku" and ever since then, she has been a great lover of our great COSAA. The meeting with her centered around COSAA's activities and the plans ahead. She reiterated her all time support and necessary recommendations where need be to keep COSAA performing exceptional.
