MY MISSION IS CLEAR

Drawn on my extensive knowledge of political power dynamics, vast background in the world of Architecture which involves strategic planning and carful ex*****on, leadership skills acquired while abroad and relevant diplomatic engagements garnered from being a commissioner both in housing and environment, I consider myself sufficiently prepared by God for the Orumba North and South Federal House of Representatives to bring to Orumba the much needed Federal presence, legislative benefits through constituency project impact and international environmental support programs for rural communities.

Orumba deserve the best and nothing less.

After years of faithful, meritorious, dedicated and commited services to all the succesive governments of APGA as loyal and core APGA man, Arch. Michael Okonkwo (Ozowara) was first appointmented as CEO Awka City Development Authority (ACDA), he redesigned the face of Awka capital territory, drew the Awka City master plan and began cleaning Awka to turn it into a 21st century Mega City before he was redeployed to the Ministry of environment as Commissioner to expand his coverage of service. He left historic track records of achievements, later he was deployed to Housing as Commissioner where he designed, executed and oversaw to completion of a lot of historic project of world class like the International Convention Center Awka (ICC) in record time among others.

No wonder he is been awarded THE DISTINGUISHED ANAMBRA COMANDER MEDAL by His Excellency Chief Willie Maduaburochkwu Obiano today 9th of March 2022 at the commissioning of the World class convention center Awka..

Ozowara is a goal getter, a fighter a political general and a living talent he have got the experience, education, capacity and the knowledge of the needs, challenges and problems facing our communities today in the state especially Orumba, ranging from environmental, social, economic and Political which requires very strong legislative and Political dimensional approach.

In his own words:

" It Is my promise to restore the pride and confidence of Ndi Orumba again through quality, transparent, accountable and productive representation of Orumba at the green chambers.

While ensuring that the voice of Orumba is heard very loud and clear at the national assembly, we shall continue to place strong demand for federal presence in Orumba through ecological and erosion control intervention funds and constituency project impacts.

Among our many programs, we shall declare a state of emergency on major economic roads of the 31 communities of Orumba making them the priority of our first constituency intervention projects, as well as building human capital and social warfare.

Our constituency projects will focus on empowering our youths through continues training on agriculture and ICT, placing great emphasis on education, primary health insurance and social welfare for pregnant women and the elderly.

Orumba deserve the best and nothing less .

The massive and gigantic project known as "International convention center" that is set to be commissioned soon is a legacy project of outgoing administration under the leadership of Chief Willie Obiano the incumbent executive governor of Anambra state and masterminded by Arch Michael Okonkwo, the Honourable commissioner for Housing.

This magnificent edifice in Anambra state is recently making the news, waves, causing stairs and creating sensation across the social media space and beyond.

It is already on record that the outgoing administration of Governor Willie Obiano has shown capacity in the areas of infrastructure, human capital development and Economic growth.
There are numerous projects executed under Obiano's Administration but the climax of it all is the International Cargo and Passenger Airport Aguleri and the international Convention Center Awka, of their kinds in the Anambra infrastructural history.

The reality of these legacy projects and of cause the best and finest of it's kind in West Africa is indeed a dream come true.

The ex*****on of these projects were made possible by the involvement of the finest, global best professionals and best brains in the field of architecture headed by the American trained Architect Hon. Michael Okonkwo, a product of Temple University Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who happens to be the current commissioner of Housing, Anambra state .

The gigantic edifice of International conference center is a 7000 square meters complex with a 10, 000 seating capacity audience and parking-lot meant to accommodate number of 3,500 vehicles is the greatest edifice ever seen in Nigeria.

The relevance and Economic importance of the project is it's projected contribution to the growth and geometrical increase of the Internal generated revenue of the state, the creation of employment for over 2000 individuals and their families, the tourists attraction and the general boost of the State economy.

Ozowara is a beautiful brand, unarguably, the impacts, efforts, antecedents and track records of Arch. Michael Okonkwo (Ozowara) in both public office and private life is unhidden and evident enough for all to see.

In his words Hon Prince Isaac Onuka emphasized the importance of social media in the 21st century communication technology which can never be undermined, ignored or jettisoned. Invariably, social media can be used to promote and encourage unity and can also be used to destroy and cause social disorder as well, it can make or mare people's image depending on it usage.

He tasked the Ozowara media to be good ambassadors of the star aspirant for Orumba North and South Federal House, Arch Michael Okonkwo (Ozowara) who is a peace loving leader and bridge builder and be guided by the principles of professional activism putting Orumba first in all of their media activities.

In similar vein, a media consultant, who also doubled as the Director Ozowara Media Mr Izu Oraelosi enlightened the media arm on it's functionality, operational policies and ethics for the sake of professionalism and efficiency.
