In the last 3 months, the Beyond Farming Collective team has supported agri-food industry organizations in , , and in gaining insights about their members. Weβre excited to issue certificates to 8 organizations who successfully completed this coaching sprint and conducted research to better understand and address the challenges and needs of their members. They learned about different research methodologies, created surveys, and analyzed the data to validate current and new products and solutions. These insights will now be put into practice in our upcoming coaching sprint on Business Model Innovation, where they will work on fine-tuning their business model and piloting new solutions!
