Sensitization and mobilisation of the out of school children to see the importance of education as well the right political will to mobilize resources from both public and private sources are very crucial to get our teaming population educated.

Beyond theoretical and methodological intruments, NMEC must have a paradigm shift in her approach at getting people educated. We must make concerted effort to get to reach out to artisans and technicians in Nigeria to get enlightened about the latest and modern ways of going about their emterprise. The world has moved on into using ICT to get problems solved. Education shld empower the beneficiary.
