The four focus areas are:

i. Grant Making
ii. Leadership Development
iii. Research &Information
iv. Gender Advocacy

The Nigerian Women’s Trust Fund (NWTF) was created in 2011 to increase the representation of women in Nigerian governance at all levels and address the growing concerns about the gender imbalance in elective and appointive positions. The Fund’s focus is informed by its objectives above and will direct its resources to four areas in order to address the most critical issues affecting women’s political participation in Nigeria.

Know your rights. Show up anyway. Make every vote count.

Don’t let others decide for you. Register before it’s too late.

This International Boy Child Day, we celebrate the power of raising boys right 💙

When the boy child is groomed to love, respect, and empower women, we build a society where every gender thrives and contributes meaningfully to nation building.

Let’s raise sons who lead with empathy and equity. The future depends on it.

Women deserve more than visibility during elections.

They deserve access, representation, protection, and participation at every level of leadership. Because neutral laws alone do not guarantee equal outcomes.
