Minister of Agriculture, Sabo Nanono has countered claims there is hunger in the country, saying Nigeria is doing just fine with regards to food production.
Nanono's remarks follow public outcry about the federal government's border closure linked to violation of the Nigeria's laws on exporting of food into the country.

if leaders don't want to open border again,saying our food is enough for us then make more job opportunity available for us because some of us are strangling with a little money we have to survive. The main opposition party, PDP, has asked President Muhammadu Buhari to give Nigerians a break from his pattern of finger-pointing, particularly with regards to blaming the 8th National Assembly for his administration's failures.
The party called on the Chairman of Presidential Advisory Committee on Corruption, Prof. Itse Sagay, to act his age and prove his legal mantle by boldly telling the President corruption resides in the Presidential Villa and that a President who surrounds himself with corrupt ministers, special advisers and confidants cannot fight corruption.

EFCC Arrests Suspected ‘Yahoo Boys’ In Abuja

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in the Abuja Zonal office have on Friday, arrested ten suspected internet fraudsters, popularly known as ‘Yahoo Boys.’

Naija News understands that Nigeria’s anti-graft agency gave the names of those arrested as; Habib Adeyemi, Lawal Kehinde, Victory Jemibor, Solomon Enuneke, Ubgehi Joshua and Tosan Ogbe. Others are Onajite Ejovwo, Anthony Igbonoeme, Tunde Azeez and Adeyemi Habib.

The operatives swung into action following an intelligence report on their activities.

This online news platform understands that the arrested suspects are youths within the age bracket of 25-32 years old.

Some of the items recovered from them are; two (2) exotic cars Six (6) laptops, 10 smartphones and 1 international passport.

The suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded.
