After a whole moment of silence, I discovered watching things go wrong wouldn't help. . .
Today I mourn the death of a man who could have been the most altruistic individual Nigeria may ever produce. This time; seven years ago, he became the second Nigerian president to die in office in just two decades. Saddening. Isn't it?
He reduced the price of all petrochemicals within his dominion. He trashed the idea of privatalization of the then PHCN. In short, he at length right the wrongs of Obasanjo. Apparently, there was no blame-game.
He, like Muritala Muhamma.d, believed that Nigeria has come of age. Consequently with the central position that world bodies shouldn't exacerbate Nigeria's problems in the name of reliefs. The great man is no other than Alhaji Umaru Musa Yar'adua. . .
Muritala was in power for only few months, yet he was mourn far and wide.
Yar'adua was there for only a few years; yet, you and I cry and cry. Leaders of today, what legacy will you leave when you die?

DIARY OF POLITICAL FRAGMENTATIONS

.. Issues of the past occupied my blurred mind. I vividly remember a scene in ALANI PAMOLEKUN where Alani and his guys robbed two honourables and in which the younger honourable was saying, "I am an honourable. I have MONEY-". That was where Alani, himself cut him short, in bid of correcting him: as in "your" money or "our" money?
Things got linked and I remember the shameful incidence during a constituency meeting when Hon. Leke Ogunsola was trying to sum up the amount he spends on a particular electorate. The electorate (name with held) in question told him to his face that Leke and not him, came begging for support in election; asking why he shouldn't enjoy what he actually worked.
Some of these politicians look unto us as we are despicable "mumus". They forget they came begging for votes and not that we force them over us

This poet is by all standard right. The youth must rule the land. At that those that have the interests of the youth at heart. I remember vividly that Yakubu Gowon became the head of state when he was in his late twenties. Ditto to APC SENATORIAL LEADER who became Ayedire LG Chairman at the age of 36. So, we all should change our mindset from "the young shall grow" slogan to "the young must grow". Got it?
The poet also to a very large extent prophecize that self concentrated leaders will crash-land in the mire sooner or later. And bad leaders thinking they are superior will all fall, try as they might!____!
