I contacted this house agent from facebook for a room apartment and he told me that he have some but he collects 10% of the rent as agent fee which i accepted and we meet up. He took me to the first building but getting there. He said that the house has been rented out already then we left for the second building. Getting there he said that the apartment is locked and his colleague is with the key, I told him that I’m seeing a cotton inside the apartment. So when I tried telling him that this is not an empty house, he start asking me for his mobilization fee, which I give him 2000 naira and he refused that I’m going to give him 20,000 naira and I started asking him 20,000 naira for what(Note: I paid for all our transport) and instantly a guy who claims to live in the compound came out and he told me to give the agent guy his mobilization fee that is how the house agents works. That was when i asked my colleague to open the camera for safety….
