"CONGRATULATIONS TO EVERYONE! It has been fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that there will be a Complete and Total CEASEFIRE (in approximately 6 hours from now, when Israel and Iran have wound down and completed their in progress, final missions!), for 12 hours, at which point the War will be considered, ENDED! Officially, Iran will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 12th Hour, Israel will start the CEASEFIRE and, upon the 24th Hour, an Official END to THE 12 DAY WAR will be saluted by the World. During each CEASEFIRE, the other side will remain PEACEFUL and RESPECTFUL. On the assumption that everything works as it should, which it will, I would like to congratulate both Countries, Israel and Iran, on having the Stamina, Courage, and Intelligence to end, what should be called, “THE 12 DAY WAR.” This is a War that could have gone on for years, and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it didn’t, and never will! God bless Israel, God bless Iran, God bless the Middle East, God bless the United States of America, and GOD BLESS THE WORLD!

DONALD J. TRUMP, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA"

Current situation in Nigeria 😞😞😞

HOPE THIS WILL HELP ☺️

1• Ulcer is not caused by hunger
2• Ulcer is not improved by eating plenty of food
3• People who are light eaters are not the ones more likely to have peptic ulcer
4• Drinking milk will not heal your ulcer, it might make it worse

HOW TO EAT WHEN YOU HAVE PUD

1• Eat small portions at a time instead of large portions at once.
2• Chew your food properly before you swallow; to exert less stress on your digestive tract.
3• Don’t rush your meal; you may increase the intensity of acid secretion and make your symptoms worse
4• Don’t eat close to bedtime, unless you will forfeit sleeping at your usual time
5• Don’t heavy meals as a way to relieve ulcers; this will give you the opposite effect.
6• Use probiotics; probiotics are not curative agents for ulcers, but they help to lower the microbial load of H. pylori, and this reduces the severity of infection.

Apart from that, for people who overuse antacids, especially for a long period due to delayed ulcer cure, probiotics help to maintain the consistency of good bacteria that may have been tampered with due to overuse of Antacids.

They also help to minimize the side effects of some Antibiotics.

FOODS TO AVOID IN PEPTIC ULCER

1• Alcohol; It reduces the consistentency of the stomach protective agent and irritates the stomach lining.

This makes the lining too weak to offer any protection to the stomach walls and eventually, inflammation occurs.

2• Chocolate
3• Coffee
4• Caffeinated and carbonated drinks
5•Fatty meals
6•Highly spiced food
7• Citrus fruits and•
8•Minimize tomatoes intake
9•Milk; avoid taking it on an empty stomach and take it with caution
10• Fried foods
11• Beans.
OBSERVING YOUR TOLERANCE LEVEL

The treatment of ulcers has been difficult for many patients.

In practice, we record different experiences from different people when they eat similar foods.

While some patients can take vitamin C, some patients report a negative effect.

It is important to observe what foods or drinks that worsen your symptoms.

Your doctor can only tell you what may put you at risk and what may not. But you still have a role to play.

Take out 4 weeks and diligently modify your lifestyle, while taking your medications and you will surely note the difference.

ENTITLEMENT:

1. ENTITLEMENT DISEASE is a disease of the mind that makes people imagine others are indebted to them for doing little or nothing.

2. When the things others do for you are more expected than appreciated, you are suffering from ENTITLEMENT DISEASE.

3. Stop understating the Help others give you. IT IS NOT YOUR RIGHT. ENTITLEMENT MENTALITY might hinder opportunities for Future Help from coming to you.

4. ENTITLEMENT mentality is fueled by discontentment, fired up by subtle greed and further enhanced by sheer selfishness.

5. Wanting what someone else has, but not wanting to do what it takes to get it, is a wimpy pathetic attitude of ENTITLEMENT. It's potentially combustible.

6. ENTITLEMENT is arrogant. It wants what it cannot afford and believes another should make it happen.

7. ENTITLEMENT makes its plan on another's budget and believes another man's labor should sponsor its bad habits. Please, you are not entitled to someone else's money.

8. Dear ENTITLEMENT MENTALITY, nobody owes you anything. Better be grateful for what you have so far or risk losing everything due to ingratitude.

Hope this made little sense?

5 TOP MISTAKES NIGERIANS MAKE WHEN APPLYING FOR A VISA

No 5 is very, very important!

Getting a visa doesn’t have to feel like climbing Mount Everest, but for many Nigerians, it does.
Every year, thousands of visa applications get denied not because the person didn’t qualify but because they made costly mistakes that could have been avoided.
If you're planning to travel, study, or relocate, this post is for you.

Top 5 mistakes Nigerians make when applying for a visa and how to avoid them.

1. Inconsistent or False Information: Lying or submitting complicated information is one of the fastest ways to get rejected. Your documents, job history, travel purpose, and even social media must align. Embassies verify details more than you think.

2. Weak Travel Purpose or Poor Documentation: Saying “I just want to travel” is not enough. If your purpose isn’t strong (and supported by the right documents), your chances are low.
Avoid it: State a clear reason (tourism, study, business), back it up with hotel bookings, letters, school admission, or conference invites.

3. Insufficient Proof of Funds: Having money in your account doesn’t mean much if it looks suspicious or inconsistent (e.g., sudden big deposits before applying).
Avoid it: Show a steady financial history. Explain large transfers. Use a sponsor only if you can back it up with legit documents.

4. Not Showing Strong Ties to Nigeria: Embassies want to know you’ll return. If you don’t prove this, they’ll assume you plan to overstay.
Avoid it: Show family, property, job, or business ties. Anything that proves you’re rooted here and will come back.

5. Using Unprofessional or Fake Agents: Many fall into the trap of “connections” or “visa sure plug” agents who use fake documents or disappear with your money.
Avoid it: Only use a registered, trusted travel agency with a track record. Don’t risk your passport or your future.

The difference between a visa approval and a denial is often not luck. It’s knowledge and preparation. Don’t make these mistakes. Don’t play with your application.
