MOOD SWINGS DURING PREGNANCY...
(It’s Not Madness, It’s Motherhood in Motion)
One moment she’s smiling, the next she’s tearing up… then she’s craving suya and suddenly doesn’t want to see it again. 😅
If you’ve ever wondered why pregnant women experience mood swings, here’s the truth, it’s not weakness, it’s wonder working hormones!
During pregnancy, a woman’s body becomes a workshop of creation. Her hormones, especially estrogen and progesterone begin to rise and fall like ocean tides. These hormonal changes affect the brain’s chemistry, influencing mood, emotions, and even energy levels.
Add to that the physical discomfort, tiredness, anxiety, and expectations that come with carrying life and you’ll understand that it’s not just a mood swing… it’s a miracle balancing act.
So when a pregnant woman gets moody, don’t judge her.
She’s not losing control, she’s creating a whole human being while trying to stay emotionally stable. That’s not weakness; that’s divine strength under pressure.
To every expectant mother:
You’re not crazy. You’re changing the world, one heartbeat at a time.
Take deep breaths, rest often, eat right, pray, and give yourself grace, you’re doing better than you think. ❤️
Please share this to any pregnant woman you know...

SAME BRANCH, DIFFERENT SEASONS.
Have you ever seen two fruits growing on the same branch, one ripe and the other still green?
It’s a simple reminder that in life, we may share the same roots, but not the same timing.
Just because someone else is shining today doesn’t mean your time won’t come, Don’t envy another person’s ripeness; celebrate it, because it shows that the branch you’re on is capable of producing fruit!
When your own season comes, you too will ripen beautifully.
Stay connected to the source. Stay faithful. Stay patient.
Because in due time, your color will change, your flavor will show, and your harvest will speak for itself.

The Bo***ge of Alcohol
Alcohol may start as a “small drink to relax,” but it can quietly grow into a chain that’s hard to break. At first it feels harmless—something to celebrate with or escape stress. But over time, it can take control: your body begins to crave it, your mind depends on it, and relationships, health, and finances can suffer.
Bo***ge means loss of freedom. When alcohol starts deciding how you feel, where you go, or how you spend, it’s no longer just a drink—it’s a master.
Freedom begins with honesty. Admit the problem, seek help from trusted friends, support groups, or faith-based counsel, and believe that change is possible. You are stronger than the bottle. Real joy and peace don’t come from a glass—they come from a clear mind, a healthy body, and a free heart.

REFUSE TO BE OFFENDED
Offense is a trap. It promises justice but delivers only poison. When you hold on to hurtful words or actions, you give someone else control over your peace.
Choosing not to be offended isn’t weakness, it’s strength.
It means you value your heart more than your pride.
It means you won’t let anger write your story.
It means you trust God to handle what you can’t.
People will misunderstand you. They may disappoint or even betray you. But you decide whether their actions will live rent-free in your mind.
Let their words fall to the ground. Release the insult. Guard your joy.
“Great peace have they which love Thy law: and nothing shall offend them.” (Psalm 119:165)
Take back your power. Forgive quickly. Love freely. Refuse to be offended. Your destiny is too important to carry someone else’s bitterness.
