I was at Anambra over the weekend to speak to a youth group on the topic :
"Developing Entrepreneurial Mindset: A panacea to Unemployment in Nigeria"

Our society is way too demanding owing to the many bills and obligations left for us to perform. The key to face these challenges lies in our mindset. The Youths are unarguably the best human resource therefore - If you have a bright idea, start immediately because there is no better time than now.

Matt Mullenweg says;
“I do not have big ideas. I sometimes have small ideas, which seem to work out.”

People who let go of grudges understand the value of inner peace. There's no reason to be bitter or angry when you can just be happy. Life is short.

Be nice and smile at everyone you meet. You don't know what they are going through and they may need that smile. But in all, imbibe this one thing; Learn to walk away from anything or anyone that threatens your peace of mind, self-respect, values, morals or self worth.

Don't let negative energies get to you. Pray hard and let God use you for his will. Be Patient.

Sunday is observed as a day of rest and worship in the majority of Western /African nations, as part of the weekend. As it is a day that begins a week, starting it with a positive outlook is all you should do to keep your soul alive and healthy.

Its also a time to pray for our country led by current government. It is our hope that the dividends of democracy is snowballed to us at the grassroot.
It is also our hope that our statesmen and women are led by a divine insight and understanding to our problems in the society.

Since we all know that no reasonable government seeks to batter its people deliberately, it is therefore our duty to encourage, pray and make constructive critiques toward a meaningful society in joint hands with this administration (National and State) irrespective of party.

We are a people of elephant memories. Despite our differences in diversity, its still lucid to us that we share a common dream of greatness together.

PRODUCTIVENESS

It is natural that we give excuses why things don't work out nor take responsibilities when necessary. Even though it's considerably puerile, don't feel too bad about yourself. You can change and be the best in seconds. On so many occasions; words like - 'I tried' , 'I did my best' , 'I made all efforts' creeps into the first line of our every sentence because we want to justify our failures and lack of result.

Our efforts don't count after our exams. Results does. You don't move to the next class by the effort you put into your exams but by the good result you made which underpins the notion "the end justifies the means".

Try you best to be a goal getter and not just a ball striker, quit giving excuses and you will be shocked how much results you can get.

It’s a wonderful thing to see that our hard work that seeks erupt a leader has been met. With joy I announce our 14th President of the inner wheel Club…..our lady of the masses.

Even as we celebrate and dance to it, the proper coronation in Abuja is next month. Invitation cards will be up soon and probably running in limited supply.
